Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong guest service skills




- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and inventory checks
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue growth
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in the food industry
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
