We are currently seeking dependable Independent Cleaning Contractors to accept cleaning assignments on an as-needed basis. This opportunity is ideal for experienced cleaners who operate independently and are looking to grow their client base through contract work.

Contracted Services

- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning

Contractor Responsibilities

- Accept and complete cleaning assignments to Maid for Less quality standards.
- Travel to client locations throughout the GTA.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude when interacting with clients.
- Communicate promptly regarding assignment availability and completion.
- Report any concerns or damages encountered during an assignment.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Contractor Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Valid automobile insurance.
- Commercial General Liability insurance.
- Ability to travel to various client locations throughout the GTA.




- Own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Smartphone with reliable access to phone, text, and data.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, professional, and dependable.
- Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
