Our seasonal employment runs from April 1st. to November 15th. You will be working both locally and abroad within Canada and the United States. All work visas are provided as well as food and room and board. All equipment training and instruction will be performed in house by our qualified employees.
Although you will be working hard to bring in crops for customers, there will also be time off to go and enjoy local attractions or do personal things. Such days will be rainy days and/or down time. While on harvest, employees will be supplied with groceries for breakfast and lunches and hot meals (take out and home cooked) will be delivered to the field daily.
- Must be able to complete Pre-trip inspection.
- Maintains cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the truck.
- Tarp all loads and secure equipment for transport.
- Unload grain and equipment in secure manner.
- Follow all company policy’s and guideline.
- Operates the truck in a safe manner at all times.
- Must maintain accurate daily log and pre-trip books.
- Have a valid Class 1/CDL driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.
Special Requirement:
- Must pass drug test.
- Perform household type cleaning maintenance in crew trailer/lodging areas.
- Each employee is responsible to do his own laundry.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must be able legally enter the USA/Canada.
- Mechanically inclined with modern farm equipment.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be willing to learn.
