We are a Trading company in Vancouver seeking a suitable person to join us.

Position: Assistant/ Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Vancouver, BC (Close to Arthur Laing Bridge)

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist to the Manager, Track, manage import shipment as well as distribution freight logistics

· Monitor shipment schedules and co-ordinate with different mills to ensure shipments and arrival

· Monitor freight movement and update the status of shipments

· Communicate dispatch information and help answer customer inquiries

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

- knowledge of ERP System and Acumatica experience preferred

· 1-2 years Logistics/Supply Chain industries experience is MUST

· High school or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in English
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges.




- Excellent common sense, negotiating and problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, interpersonal and analytical skills.

· Fast and accurate typing minimum 40wpm
