Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of authentic Asian dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, rice bowls, and other specialties with attention to detail and flavor balance
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines meticulously to ensure consistent quality and hygiene standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
- Cook meals according to order specifications while maintaining timely service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area,



including proper food handling and storage practices
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared dishes to guests
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and industry best practices to ensure a secure dining environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting
- Familiarity with Asian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment with responsibilities related to meal preparation and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting restaurant operations
- Basic knowledge of serving protocols and customer service expectations is a plus
