Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications

- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain quality and freshness

- Package and label meat products for display and sale

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the meat department

Requirements:

- Knowledge on how to break down a side of beef

- Previous experience in meat cutting or a related field is required

- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and proper preparation techniques

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and packaging of meat products





- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
