Requirements & Responsibilities

- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
- Permenent Resident or Canadian Citizen
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English (handling phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Diligent,



detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and account analysis
- Mainly responsible for organizing and reviewing daily invoices and purchase orders, and arranging timely payments (via check, EFT, wire transfer, etc.) according to payment schedules; also assists the finance department with organizing and filing accounts payable documentation efficiently

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
