We are currently seeking a Move Coordinator who is a self-starter, a team player, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Communicate proactively and consistently with clients throughout the household goods moving process
- Take a hands-on approach to managing moves from start to finish
- Track incoming shipments and provide clear, timely updates
- Educate clients on import/export customs requirements and the moving process
- Ensure compliance with all customs requirements for import and export shipments
- Keep internal systems accurate and up to date
- Schedule services to and from ports with service partners
- Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience




- Prepare and print necessary paperwork
- Perform administrative tasks, including scanning documents and creating files

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-focused role within an office environment
- Proven ability to exceed client expectations and build strong relationships
- Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Robust computer skills and typing speed of 50–60 wpm
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and respond to client needs
- Outstanding customer service mindset
- High energy, adaptability, and a passion for team success
