Key responsibilities

- Safely operate a Ready Mix Truck and complete driving assignments on time.
- Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and site personnel.
- Communicate with QC staff before adjusting mixture on site.
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Keep required logs, driving records and DOT certifications up to date.
- Perform manual tasks and assist site crews when not delivering.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Work extended/irregular hours and be available for overtime/on-call as needed.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

- Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Ready-Mix Concrete Truck driving and Operation Experience. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience operating a ready-mix truck in a construction setting.




- Minimum active Class 3 licence with air brake endorsement; Class 1 preferred.
- Ability to pass MVR and drug/alcohol testing (safety-sensitive role).
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Physical fitness for manual labour; able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in all weather.
- Explicit communicator, team player who can also work independently.
- Experience with Ready Mix or gravel trucks and CSA/QC certifications are assets.
