About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, developing a high-performing sales team, and creating an environment where employees and customers feel valued.

You will act as a leader, coach, and brand ambassador while ensuring the store achieves operational excellence, sales objectives, and outstanding customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Retail Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development.
- Provide regular feedback and recognize team achievements.
- Help team members develop their skills and identify opportunities for career growth.

Store Operations & Performance

- Drive sales performance by achieving store targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every interaction is professional, solution-focused, and customer-first.
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Customer Experience

- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized wireless solutions.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding devices, plans, promotions, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive experience.

What We're Looking For

You are a motivated retail leader who enjoys developing people, achieving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

You bring:

- Previous retail management or leadership experience.
- Experience in telecommunications, wireless retail, or technology sales is considered a strong asset.
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and achieve sales objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A customer-focused mindset and commitment to deliver excellent service.




- Ability to consistently commute to the assigned store location is required.
- Availability to work versatile retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
