We do NOT pay out by the hour, salary is based off commission. You take 50% cut for every haircut you give.

Responsibilities

- Deliver professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend haircuts, styles, and grooming options
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, building rapport and ensuring satisfaction
- Upsell retail products such as hair care and grooming items to enhance client results and increase sales




- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually elevate service quality

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Expertise in hair styling, cutting, shaving, and grooming techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in the salon setting
- Effective communication skills to clearly discuss styles, products, and services
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while prioritizing client needs
- Experience handling front desk operations including scheduling and payments
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products confidently
