We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic for the 310S position to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with dealership operations. This role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles, utilizing a variety of tools and schematics. The Mechanic will ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and repairs on vehicles using schematics and technical manuals
- Perform mechanical repairs including engine work, brake systems, suspension, and electrical components
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs accurately
- Assist with vehicle assembly, maintenance, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving or installing parts or components
- Follow dealership procedures and safety protocols during all repair activities
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and service timelines
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or automotive repair 3-5 years preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive systems
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools.
- Must possess a 310 S Mechanic License
- Experience in vehicle assembly, maintenance, or related mechanical tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally
- Familiarity with automotive repair standards and safety regulations
- Prior mechanic experience is essential for success in this role
- Ability to work on 3 cars at a time.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
