Aptico Supply is an Electrical Wholesale and Industrial Supply company based in Flesherton, Ontario. We stock a broad range of products for Electrical Contractors, Maintenance Managers
and/or Technicians. Aptico Supply is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join the Flesherton Branch to provide superior customer service.

Job duties include:

- Responding to customer inquiries
- Preparing pricing quotations for components
- Processing Branch Transfers
- Processing order entry and expediting orders
- Receiving inbound purchase orders and putting product on shelves or preparing them for customer pick up or delivery
- Completing product deliveries with a company vehicle (As needed)
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Qualifications include:

- Three to five years of customer service experience is preferable
- Electrical/Electronics Technician education or related experience would be considered an asset
- Valid Driver’s License is required

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a multi-branch team and independently
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read a multimeter is considered an asset
