Powersports Technician

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Powersports Technician to join our dealership. If you enjoy working with ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on new units according to manufacturer standards.
- Install OEM and aftermarket accessories on new and customer-owned vehicles.
- Mount, balance, repair, and replace tires.
- Assemble new units from factory crates.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, battery installation, and fluid checks.
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues as assigned.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete repair orders.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Assist with seasonal setup and dealership inventory preparation.

Qualifications

- Experience working on powersports vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs,



or similar equipment is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and a solid attention to detail.
- Ability to safely operate shop equipment and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Manufacturer certifications are an asset but not required.
