Overview
We are seeking a motivated 2nd to 4th term Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems within the construction environments. This entry-level position offers an excellent chance to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electrical work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

- Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in industrial and construction sites
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform wiring, conduit bending, and other electrical tasks
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Work with low voltage systems and understand basic electrical principles
- Support the setup of electrical components according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Learn to identify electrical issues and assist in troubleshooting under supervision





Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices is preferred but not required
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage wiring is a plus
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as an electrician
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn on the job and obtain necessary certifications or licenses as required by local regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
