We are seeking a talented and energetic Braider to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, intricate braids and hair designs that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. Your expertise in hair styling, combined with excellent customer service skills, will ensure every guest leaves feeling satisfied and inspired. Duties

- Skillfully braid hair using various techniques such as box braids, cornrows, twists, and other styles tailored to client preferences
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and ensuring their comfort throughout the styling process
- Upsell additional hair care products or styling services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth




- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
- Communicate effectively with clients about hair care tips, maintenance routines, and product recommendations

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling, specifically braiding techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair salons or barbershops
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain styling options and maintenance tips
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
- Experience working in retail sales or front desk roles is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, with a passion for hairstyling and helping clients look their best
