Responsibilities

As a Property Services Technician, you will assist with a variety of residential property maintenance services, including:

- Lawn aeration and dethatching
- Lawn seeding and seasonal lawn care
- Garden maintenance and improvements
- Property cleanups
- Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
- General property improvement services
- Equipment setup, maintenance, and secure operation
- Maintaining a clean and professional work environment
- Providing courteous and professional service to every client

Experience in landscaping, construction, property maintenance, or related trades is considered an asset but is not required. We are prepared to train the right individual.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation

- Part-time, on-call position
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start
- Ontario minimum wage during the training period
- Immediate increase to $20.00/hour upon successful completion of training
- Additional opportunities for wage growth as responsibilities and skills develop
