Position 1: Senior CNC Programmer / Operator Responsibilities
Location: Concord, ON
Pay: $30/hr - $38/hr

- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes.
- Manufacture precision tooling and prototype components.
- Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications.
- Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot programming issues.

Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of CNC Lathe programming and setup experience.
- Ability to perform complete machine setups independently.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T; knowledge.
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (Delcam, SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar) is an asset.

Position 2: Swiss CNC Lathe Setup Operator Responsibilities
Location: Brampton, ON
Pay: $30/hr - $40/hr

- Set up and operate Swiss-type CNC lathes (Tornos GT32-6, GT32, DT26, DT32).
- Perform tooling changes, guide bushing setup, offsets, and bar feeder setup.




- Run multiple machines while maintaining tight tolerances.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Complete ERP/work order entries and perform basic machine maintenance.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of Swiss CNC lathe setup experience (setup, not just operation).
- Tornos experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T;, tooling, offsets, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Reliable, self-directed, and willing to work a permanent night shift.
- Aerospace or high-precision machining experience is an asset.
