We are seeking an experienced Climbing Arborist - Crew Lead to join our arboriculture team. This is a full-time short term contract from September to mid-December, with potential to become a permanent position if we're a fit for each other. The Position

The Climbing Arborist - Crew Lead reports to the Owner, and has responsibility for:

- Tree care services, including removals and pruning over 14’
- Performing and overseeing operations at job sites
- Safety at the job site
- Communicating effectively with clients at job sites
- Mentoring other crew members

- You enjoy working with people as much as you enjoy working with trees
- You have experience crew leading with a company that focuses on pruning and tree retention rather than removals
- You’re friendly and professional
- You view pruning and high-quality tree work as your craft
- You have an ISA Certification and 5 years climbing experience
- You have a valid BC Driver’s Licence & clean driving record
- You are physically fit, aware of body positioning during tasks, able to lift heavy objects & work in inclement weather
