We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team for a brand new luxury banquet hall. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen efficiency, and ensuring excellent food safety standards. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety procedures to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and dishes
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations




- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to meet service timelines and uphold restaurant standards

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
