Are you passionate about creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces? Do you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors? We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Landscape Maintenance Crew. Together, we provide top-notch grounds maintenance for residential and commercial clients, delivering excellence every season.

What You’ll Do

As a valued team member, you’ll:

- Perform lawn care services: mowing, trimming, edging, fertilizing, aerating, top dressing, seeding, and seasonal leaf cleanup.
- Prune and maintain a variety of perennials, shrubs, and trees to ensure their health and aesthetic appeal.
- Complete specialty service projects including planting, sodding, mulching, lift and relays, stone work repairs, pressure washing, polysanding, and woodworking repairs etc.
- Create seasonal urn displays that bring our clients' spaces to life.
- Work independently while adhering to our health and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

We value skills, experience, and a great attitude.



The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in the landscaping industry (an asset, but not required).
- Knowledge of horticultural practices: planting, transplanting, cultivating, pruning, and maintaining lawns, plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Hands-on experience with groundskeeping equipment: lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders, aerators, and more.
- Interest or enrolment in the Horticulture Technician Apprenticeship Program (highly preferred).
- A proactive, motivated, and dependable work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality.

Schedule & Compensation

- This is a seasonal position (April to mid December).
- Monday through Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm.
- We are a Certified Living Wage Employer, offering $26.84/hour upon completion of a 3 month probation period ($24/hr starting wage)
