Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing, ready to help pet parents with exceptional service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, helping them find the best food or accessory for their situation.

Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Interact with Pets that visit our store, spoil them with treats if possible.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving Pet Parents concerns or questions promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while making our customers feel at home
- Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Demonstrate solid phone etiquette when interacting with customers via phone calls.




- Collaborate with team members to best serve our customers in store.

Experience

- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Love of animals in a must, experience related to pet care is an asset
- Friendly, Outgoing and strong communicator
- Experience with cash handling is helpful.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
