About The Role:

AON is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our property management team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is the first point of contact for residents, applicants, contractors, and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, contractors, and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.





· Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Address routine customer inquiries or direct concerns to the appropriate team member.

· Provide Rent Café support to residents.

· Accept rent payments, issue receipts, process cheque scanning, and complete daily deposits.

· Balance cash and payment transactions and post coin laundry and parking deposits.

· Receive and coordinate resident maintenance requests.

· Enter work orders accurately into Yardi and route requests to the appropriate maintenance personnel.

· Follow up with residents regarding maintenance requests as required.

· Scan, file, and maintain accurate electronic and paper records.

· Process incoming and outgoing mail and maintain office supplies and the reception area.

· Provide administrative support to the office team during busy periods.

· Support accounts payable processes, including P2P intake.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling resident, financial, and business information.

Qualifications

· Minimum Grade 12 education required.

· College diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

· Previous customer service, administrative, or property management experience preferred.





· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.

· Professional, self-motivated, and reliable.

· Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Ability and willingness to learn customized software systems; experience with Yardi or similar property management software is an asset.
