Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with delicate products and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble shutters and blinds according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Handle delicate and fragile components with care.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications





- Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Experience handling delicate or fragile products is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Patient, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
