We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy connecting with people, learning about the latest technology, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional, and engaging store experience.
- Build genuine relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right wireless solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, protection options, and related services.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, pricing, and technology trends within the telecommunications industry.
- Recommend additional products and services that enhance customer experience and provide added value.
- Collaborate with store employees to increase and drive store traffic to boost sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Process sales transactions, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and successful store environment.

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or telecommunications is considered an asset.
- Sales experience is preferred. We welcome candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills and a willingness to grow.
- Ability to work with a adaptable retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to be assigned to different areas of Calgary, AB.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
