ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a growing aluminum extrusion facility in the Lakeshore area. Shift Schedule

12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule

- Two weeks on Day Shift, followed by two weeks on Night Shift
- Every other weekend off
- Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Night Shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and production equipment
- Monitor machine performance to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Perform quality inspections to verify products meet specifications
- Read and follow work instructions, production documents, and basic technical drawings




- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards
- Complete production reports and quality documentation accurately
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company health and safety policies while wearing the required PPE
- Work collaboratively with production team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials
- Reliable transportation is required, as the facility is not accessible by public transit
- Must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is considered an asset
