Southgate Volkswagen is looking for a Full-Time Service Appointment Coordinator to join our busy Service Department. This role is an important part of the customer service experience, helping guests schedule appointments, receive timely communication, and move smoothly through their service visit.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, previous customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a friendly and helpful approach with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming service department phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound appointment calls to customers
- Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop availability
- Assist customers with general service questions and appointment inquiries
- Cash out customers upon completion of service visits
- Write express service work orders as required
- Support the Service team with day-to-day appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment information in booking systems
- Help ensure customers receive a positive and efficient service experience

Qualifications





- Previous automotive appointment coordinator experience is considered an asset
- Prior customer service or customer relations experience is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and appointment booking software
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
