Airbnb Cleaner Needed – Thunder Bay, ON

We manage a small portfolio of short-term rental properties across Thunder Bay (including Current River, Dacre St, Dundas, Dufferin, and other locations) and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team.

What you'll do:

- Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas)
- Change and launder linens/towels, make beds to a hotel-style standard
- Restock guest supplies (toiletries, paper products, coffee/tea, etc.)
- Do a quick maintenance check each visit and report any issues (leaks, broken fixtures, burnt-out bulbs, etc.)
- Take before/after photos for quality tracking
- Communicate cleaning completion status promptly so we can confirm guest check-in readiness

What we're looking for:

- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb/hotel/vacation rental experience a plus)




- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties in Thunder Bay
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexibility to work around guest checkout/check-in times, including some weekends
- Good communication — able to text photos/updates and flag problems quickly
- Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in occupied homes

- Hours: Varies by booking volume; flexible/part-time
- Locations: Multiple units across Thunder Bay
