The Store Manager is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Store Manager maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. We are looking for a team of individuals to sell and promote our merchandise through execution of the “Spirited Service” standards. Store Manager is responsible for completing the sales generation and operational functions of the store.

This would be a contract position from September 1st 2026 to February 28th 2027 as we are a seasonal business at this location. During the slow times you will be working on your own and ensuring that the store is at it's peak performance. (You'll need to be okay working on your own and ensuring all duties and responsibilities are taken care of.)

REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings and weekends
- Responsible to ensure that the store is always open per the agreement with Chilkoot Center whether you are on shift or not.
- Valid drivers license
- Able to lift 50lbs
- 2 years of managerial experience in a retail sales environment
