Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong expertise in accounting software and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Duties

- Manage and oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct account reconciliations and account analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to streamline financial processes.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to optimize financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparations.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.




- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other accounting platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable/receivable management, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Experience with budgeting, account analysis, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Pay: From $65,494.41 per year
