Overview
WE Construct Ltd. is seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter that has 4+ years of experience in residential framing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and assembling frameworks for residential and agriculture structures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools
- Erect wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components with precision
- Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials around the job site
- Install siding and perform restoration work to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Perform repairs and adjustments as needed throughout the framing process.
- Measure, cut, and install steel cladding, roofing panels, and trim components according to project specifications
- Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and sealing of materials for weatherproofing and structural integrity

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics




- Excellent attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Good physical stamina to handle demanding work conditions on-site
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors

.Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry or construction preferred
- Solid knowledge of framing carpentry
- Proven experience in residential framing or carpentry
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Valid driver’s license required

Work Environment

- Primarily based on outdoor construction sites
- Work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain)
- Requires working at heights, on ladders, and scaffolding
- Physically demanding role involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
