Thrive Physiotherapy is expanding our team and looking for a motivated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who wants to build a rewarding practice within a supportive, multidisciplinary clinic.

Located in Hamilton’s Locke Street community, Thrive has an established patient base and a team-oriented team of rehabilitation professionals. We’re looking for someone who values great patient care, enjoys being part of a team and is excited about growing their caseload.

$500 Signing Bonus

We are offering a $500 signing bonus to eligible RMTs joining the Thrive team. Eligibility and terms will be discussed during the interview process.

If you're a recent graduate, you don't need to arrive with an established caseload.

We're looking for someone who is motivated to learn, connect with patients and grow.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals,



develop referral relationships and gain experience treating a diverse patient population.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

- Are registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), or are a new graduate in the process of completing registration
- Hold or will obtain appropriate professional liability insurance
- Provide professional, patient-centred care
- Are reliable and communicate well with both patients and colleagues
- Enjoy working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Are motivated to develop a consistent caseload
- Value continued learning and professional development

Additional training or interest in areas such as sports massage, rehabilitation, prenatal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping or other specialized techniques is an asset, but not required.

Schedule

We are currently looking to expand our massage therapy availability and have flexibility in building a schedule around the right candidate.

Part-time opportunities are available, with the potential to expand hours as your caseload grows.

Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
