Natural Health Practitioner / Holistic Wellness Practitioner

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable, personable, and motivated Natural Health Practitioner / Holistic Wellness Practitioner to join our growing integrative wellness team.

This position will have a strong focus on wellness assessments, wellness scanning technology, live blood analysis/microscopy, nutritional guidance, and individualized wellness programs.

The ideal candidate is confident working directly with clients, explaining assessment findings in an easy-to-understand manner, recommending appropriate wellness services and products within their professional scope, and supporting clients throughout their wellness journey.

As our wellness division continues to expand, the practitioner will work collaboratively with our medical and nursing team, including our developing IV therapy program.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including health history, lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness goals.
Perform in-clinic wellness scans and assessments using clinic technology and equipment.
Perform live blood analysis/live blood microscopy where permitted within the practitioner’s qualifications and scope.
Educate clients regarding observations and wellness findings without making diagnoses outside the practitioner’s legal scope.
Develop individualized wellness plans incorporating nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle modification, and holistic wellness strategies.
Recommend appropriate supplements, wellness products, and clinic services.
Monitor client progress and provide follow-up wellness assessments.
Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals within our IV therapy and wellness programs.




Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation.
Follow infection-prevention, blood-handling, sharps, and equipment-cleaning protocols.
Stay current with developments in integrative and holistic wellness practices.
Help educate clients about preventative wellness and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Qualifications

Certification or diploma in Natural Health, Holistic Nutrition, Holistic Health, or another relevant wellness discipline.
Training and demonstrated competency in live blood analysis/live blood microscopy strongly preferred.
Experience using wellness scanning or assessment technology is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of nutrition, supplementation, and holistic wellness.
Previous experience working directly with clients in a wellness, medical, naturopathic, or integrative-health setting.
Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently explain wellness information to clients.
Strong attention to detail and qualified documentation skills.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Additional IV therapy or clinical experience is considered an asset where applicable to the individual’s regulated scope.

Pay: $75.00-$130.00 per hour
