Lead Generation Representative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Work Location: In person Monday–Thursday; Work from Home on Fridays

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Lead Generation Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers over the phone, identify qualified prospects, and generate leads for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers and businesses.

- Introduce our products and services in a professional and engaging manner.

- Identify potential customers and qualify their needs and level of interest.

- Generate high-quality leads and book appointments for our sales team.

- Build rapport and create positive first impressions with prospects.

- Accurately record calls, leads, and customer information in our CRM.

- Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly lead-generation targets.

- Work closely with the sales team to help convert qualified leads into new customers.

- Contribute to a positive, competitive, and team-oriented work setting.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluent English is required.

- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.

- Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable work-from-home environment for Fridays.

- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

- Able to handle rejection and remain positive.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

- Previous sales, telemarketing, call center, or lead-generation experience.
