Position Name: Sales Project Coordinator
Department: Customer Service
Position Type: Permanent Full Time, Onsite
Hours per Week: 40
Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 Annually

Summary: Sales Project Coordinator at Vins Plastics will be integral to our manufacturing operations. This role involves managing a broad spectrum of data related tasks, coordinating effectively between customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality external and internal customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in various computer skills. This position requires the ability to handle customer and internal inquiries across multiple platforms efficiently and to complete day-to-day tasks promptly.
This is a permanent, full-time role based on-site. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, manage communications through emails and phone calls, and route information to the appropriate internal teams.
- Perform daily data entry related to customer orders in company databases and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all entries.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of production purchasing, and sales orders, and confirm production reports.
- Collect, analyze, and communicate production data to customers.
- Ensure customer data and order information are accurate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize and master internal systems to enhance customer experiences and apply best practices.
- Collaborate with teams across Graphics, Sales, Procurement, Production,
and Estimating to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues efficiently.
- Handle administrative duties such as organizing, filing, scanning documents, and greeting visitors.
- Undertake other tasks as needed to support business objectives.
Skills and Experience:
- This is an entry level role - recent graduates welcome and no experience required!
- Proven administrative and data entry experience, preferably in operations or manufacturing; experience in flexible packaging and customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with ERP systems; D365 or similar is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Qualifications, Education & Certification:
- A Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
