Job Description:

We are looking for a welcoming and organized Cottage Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and managing reservations. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring the reception area is clean and welcoming, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Office tools and reservation management software
Be able to commute to work by driving their own vehicle

Help housekeeping with laundry and monitor laundry service area

Nice to have skills or working experience

- Previous experience in hotel or resort environments will be considered a plus.




- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests are highly desirable.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in busy or challenging situations.
- Previous cleaning experience will be considered a plus
- Interest in Marketing and social media knowledge
- Interest in learning and exploring AI tools and software to improve efficiency and guest experience

This is a 1-month seasonal contract position starting immediately, with the possibility of extension until mid-October for the right candidate based on performance and business needs. A strong-performing team member may also have the prospect to return for future seasonal positions next year.
