Pizza Bianca and Café is opening soon and seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be at the heart of creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers and elevate their experience. Your expertise in baking and food preparation will be essential in delivering high-quality products consistently. Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and specialty items with precision and care
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure product quality and safety
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing, and assembling baked items
- Package baked goods attractively for sale or delivery while maintaining freshness and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Qualifications





- Proven experience in baking, with a strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Prior restaurant or bakery experience is a must
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures (Food Safe 1 is preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Pay: $18.25-$25.00 per hour
