Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook dishes consistently and efficiently during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management

Skills





- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the food industry, including kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Serving experience is a plus, along with previous restaurant or kitchen experience
- Knowledge of the principles of food service, including customer interaction when necessary
