Are you a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Respiratory Therapist or New Grad RT looking to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives? Our growing Sleep Apnea Clinic is seeking a motivated RRT /RT to join our dynamic healthcare team.

About the Role

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist or RT in our Sleep Apnea Clinic, you will play a key role in the assessment, education, setup, and ongoing management of patients requiring PAP therapy for sleep-disordered breathing, including obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

You will work closely with sleep physicians and healthcare professionals while building strong relationships with patients through compassionate care and education.

Key Responsibilities

- Educate patients on sleep apnea and PAP therapy options
- Conduct CPAP/APAP/BiPAP setups and mask fittings
- Monitor therapy compliance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Review therapy downloads and patient progress
- Provide follow-up support and coaching to improve treatment adherence
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and referral sources
- Support home sleep testing and diagnostic processes
- Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in a professional clinic environment

Qualifications Required:





✔Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program preferred - however RPSGTs / RRTs or new grads RT's are encouraged to apply
✔ Registered and in positive standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body
✔ Current CPR/BCLS certification
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Excellent organizational and computer skills

Preferred:

✔ Experience in sleep medicine or sleep diagnostics
✔ Experience with CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP therapy
✔ Knowledge of PAP compliance software and sleep therapy equipment
✔ Previous clinic or community respiratory care experience
