Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a warm and welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of restaurant serving experience.

The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. We value motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within the industry.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a positive first impression
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times




- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills
- Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and service stations according to sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
- Provide guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally and promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling is required
- Experience in hospitality or guest services will be advantageous
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
