Roles Available

We are mainly looking for LCT’s right now, but if you’re a TCP & you knock our socks off, we always have room for awesome people here.

Traffic Control Person (TCP)

- Valid WorkSafeBC TCP certification required
- Minimum 3 weekday availability
- Able to stand for extended periods (8–12+ hour shifts)
- Reliable transportation required
- Preference given to candidates with their own vehicle

Lane Closure Technician (LCT)

- Must meet all TCP requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Full-time availability required
- Capable of leading crews, taking care of your team mates and running sites properly
- You are the on-site representation of our company, your impression matters!
- Wage bonus given to those who can bring a crew with them!
