JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of garment fit, clothing construction, and alterations. As a Fitting Specialist , you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, assess garment fit, recommend appropriate alterations, and ensure each customer feels comfortable and confident in their clothing.

This role requires strong customer service skills combined with practical knowledge of garments, sewing, and alteration techniques to provide accurate recommendations and an exceptional customer experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer.

- Conduct professional garment fittings, accurately assessing fit issues, taking measurements,



and identifying alteration requirements.

- Recommend appropriate alteration options, demonstrating robust knowledge of alteration processes, garment construction, and products.

- Clearly explain alteration recommendations, expected results, pricing, and timelines to customers.

- Accurately record measurements and alteration instructions to ensure clear communication with the tailoring team.

- Work closely with Tailors/Seamstresses to ensure customer expectations and alteration requirements are clearly understood.

- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and timely service.
