DENTAL SECRETARY/PATIENT CO-ORDINATOR

We are seeking a Dental Secretary/Patient Coordinator who brings warmth and presence to our front desk, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. ● You are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the day-to-day flow of a busy dental clinic

● You understand the importance of discretion and professionalism

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in dentistry or completion of a dental reception program

● Oral and written fluency in English and French

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Comfort with scheduling systems, insurance claims, and patient records
