Kingswood Cabinets is currently hiring Field Service Technician.

Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and finish repair functions to kitchen cabinets, vanities, and other cabinetry applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete and report daily appointment tasks assigned by the Service Coordinator in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform repairs, touch-ups, warranty work, completion tasks, and general maintenance as required
- Troubleshoot and identify outstanding items; document findings clearly and record time spent on each task or issue
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and paperwork daily
- Communicate effectively with Service Coordinators, Site Superintendents, and Homeowners to build strong working relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide support to fellow Service Technicians and/or Installation Subcontractors as needed
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working setting





Required qualifications:

- Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience will be given preference
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Work professionally with customers in sometimes adversarial circumstances
- Work well independently or in a team.
- Good English oral and written communication skills; ability to read and prepare documents
- Class 5 driver license over 3 years
- Able to successfully meet the physical demands including the ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Must be bondable
