Role Description

We are looking for dedicated and organized Team Members to join our team at Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles in Brampton. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for our restaurant's success, focusing on operational efficiency and a positive team environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Operations: Work as part of the Kitchen team, perform daily BOH tasks, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Quality Control: Follow recipes and maintain accuracy with weights and measurements. You will also help maintain store cleanliness and assist with food safety and quality audits.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience for every guest.

General: Perform physical activities like lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Other Responsibilities

- Execute opening and/or closing procedures with precision.
- Assist with restaurant operations to ensure products and guest experiences are consistent with our brand standards.




- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory of restaurant supplies and products.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members and leaders.

Qualifications

- A valid Basic Food Safety Certificate is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
