We’re looking for an outgoing positive team member to join our small progressive digital dental team. Candidate must have dental office experience and a knowledge of dentistry, hygiene and insurance. We are a patient centered office and look to provide an excellent experience for our patients. No weekend or evening appointments. Abeldent experience an asset. Training will be provided. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of medical and dental terminology

Experience with a computer booking system

Knowledge of insurance and government programs ie. Healthy Smiles, ODSP etc.

Responsibilities include

Greet Clients and answer phones, confirm appointments.

Schedule appointments

Follow up with insurance perks





Maintain client records

Maintain financial records

Accept payments and set up follow up appointments.

Assisting the Hygienist to Chart and record probing and recession levels

Monday-Thursday 8-5, no evenings or weekends

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
