Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Full Time Employee to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our staff and volunteers, while completing various operational tasks within our Thrift Store. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively, while maintaining a positive attitude with all staff and volunteers.

Duties

- Accepting, and sorting donations efficiently.
- Clean, price, stock and move merchandise.
- Engage with staff, volunteers and customers to support their needs.
- Assist in sales activities, including promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction, while supporting our community.
- Utilize technology effectively to manage sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring all areas are clean, functional, safe and presentable.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance.
- Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks while ensuring quality service.

Skills





- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an productive workflow.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
