Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Operations & Finance to work closely with the CEO in building and scaling LoopX. This person will own core financial planning and internal operations, ensuring the leadership team has transparent visibility into performance and the infrastructure needed to grow efficiently.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape how a company operates from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Board Reporting

- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with the CEO
- Lead preparation of board materials, including monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insights
- Track key financial and operating metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Operational Infrastructure

- Build and manage internal systems and processes to provide real-time visibility into business performance
- Establish reporting dashboards across finance, operations, and go-to-market
- Improve workflows across functions to drive efficiency and execution

Strategic Partner to the CEO





- Act as a thought partner on company strategy, capital allocation, and growth plans
- Support fundraising efforts, investor communications, and the diligence process
- Take on cross-functional projects as needed (e.g., pricing, hiring plans, vendor strategy)

General Operations Leadership

- Own day-to-day operational rigor (planning cycles, OKRs, KPI tracking)
- Step into gaps across finance, ops, and strategy as the business evolves
- Help build a high-performance, data-driven culture

Qualifications

- 5-10 years of experience in operations, finance, venture capital, consulting, or Chief of Staff type roles
- Experience working at (or closely with) a startup from Seed through Series A and beyond
- Strong financial acumen (modeling, budgeting, reporting) paired with operational execution skills
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and wear multiple hats
- Highly structured thinker with strong communication skills, written and verbal

Nice to have

- Experience in a hardware or deep tech business (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, capex-heavy models)

Pay: $150,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
