Define and lead the national brand strategy across Canada, taking into account provincial specificities (Quebec and Rest of Canada), multiple distribution channels, and market expansion strategies.
Design and execute integrated national marketing and media plans (360°), including digital strategy (social media, website, newsletters, and AI tools), retail media, budget management, campaign performance optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
Manage the brand and product portfolio, including new product launches and packaging optimization.




Analyze market data and consumer insights (BI, NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator) to develop recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Deploy consumer research and testing as needed.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including negotiation and management of contractual agreements.
Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with brands and influencers.
