We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Financial Services Manager (F&I; Manager) to join our growing dealership family.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building trust, and creating a positive customer experience while assisting with vehicle financing and protection options.

What You’ll Do

- Help customers secure financing and leasing options that fit their needs

- Clearly explain finance and protection products in a transparent and customer-focused way

- Work with lending partners to obtain competitive approvals and rates

- Complete finance paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Maintain compliance with all dealership and industry regulations





- Build long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive F&I; or dealership experience is preferred

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Honest, approachable, and customer-focused attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Valid driver’s license required
